I’m Lilly Sutton, Alexander Technique Teacher and Wholistic Self Care Coach. My work integrates the Alexander Technique, mindfulness, guided meditation, and other mind-body methods to help you move forward with what matters to you and live the life that you want to live.
What kinds of things would we work with in a session?
Because our work is wholistic, the potential benefits are broad and wide-ranging. Sessions can simultaneously help you feel better, think better, act better, and even look better.
Some clients come for help with excess tension, stress and anxiety. Others want help coping with a life challenge such as cancer or grieving a loved one. Some need support during a major transition, such a divorce or career change. Many want to strengthen their relationship skills, such as setting boundaries, asking for what you want, listening, and being more present. Others want help with a specific goal, such as preparing for a job interview, playing an instrument or sport more comfortably and powerfully, or eating more mindfully.
