Lilly Sutton, M.S.
I’m Lilly Sutton, teacher, coach, and founder of Appalachian Health and Healing. My work integrates the Alexander Technique, mindfulness, guided meditation, hypnosis, and other wholistic methods to help you address what matters to you and move forward with the life that you want to live.
What kinds of things would we work with in a session?
Because I use a wholistic approach, the potential benefits are broad and wide-ranging. Sessions can simultaneously help you feel better, think better, act better, and even look better! Clients have come for help with physical pain, stress and anxiety. Others want help coping with a major challenge such as cancer or grieving a loved one. Some need support during a major life transition, such a divorce or career change. Many want to improve their relationships, to be more present and to enjoy the moment. And others want help with a specific goal, such as preparing for a job interview, communicating more effectively, playing an instrument or sport more comfortably and powerfully, or eating more mindfully.
The benefits that you may experience include:
During our work, I will give practical guidance, but I believe that real learning, deep and long-lasting change, comes, not from logical information, but from within you, from your own experience. Rather than advising you on what to do or what to believe, I aim to create an atmosphere in which you learn to trust yourself and have our own “aha” moments.
We’re all just walking each other home.
Some highlights of my experience are:

My qualifications may not matter as much as whether you feel that I am a personal match for you. Please contact me if you'd like to talk about what you need and what I can offer. My contact information is listed near the bottom of each page on this site.
I am larger, better than I thought:
